Frequently Asked Questions
Unlike a traditional 6-week course, the Partnership Pathway is a flexible membership. You choose the tier that fits your lifestyle (Flex, Core, or Plus) and receive a set number of session credits each month. This allows you to progress at your own pace without the pressure of a “use it or lose it” weekly deadline.
Absolutely. We want this to be a hassle-free experience. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time through your member portal. There are no long-term contracts; we are here for as long as you and your dog need us.
While many of our members join us after completing their puppy training, the Pathway is open to any dog over 6 months old. If you haven’t trained with us before, we may suggest a quick “settling-in” call or session to ensure you’re placed in the right group.
Life happens. Because you are on a credit-based system, if you can’t make a specific session, you don’t lose out. You can simply book onto a different slot that suits your schedule.
We recommend a standard flat lead, a comfortable harness or collar, and plenty of high-value treats. Don’t worry if you’re low on supplies—our on-site shop team can help you with expert gear fittings and treat recommendations right before your session.
