Build the skills. Find the sport later.

You don’t need to choose a sport before you start.

Ready, Steady, Go gives you and your dog a broad foundation for sporty training, with exercises designed to build confidence, engagement and useful skills you can take into lots of different activities.

It’s practical, active and designed to be fun for both ends of the lead.

Where could Sporty Foundations take you?

Flyball

Speed, drive, fast recalls, working away from you and confidently using equipment.

Hoopers Agility

Directionals, distance handling, obstacle skills and body awareness.

TD Rally

Speed, drive, fast recalls, working away from you and confidently using equipment.

We’ll introduce the foundations used across several dog sports, helping you discover what you and your dog enjoy before choosing where to go next.

Is Sporty Foundations right for your dog?

Ready, Steady, Go is designed for dogs who are ready to learn in a group and try more active training.

Your dog should:

  • Have a basic recall
  • Be able to work around other dogs
  • Be physically comfortable with active training
  • Be able to focus enough to take part in short exercises

If everyday training still needs more work, get in touch and we’ll help guide you towards the best starting point.
